On 15 May 2018, I've purchased a TN-261 Black Toner for Brother MFC9330CDW Printer. Initially, I thought it's only the packaging changed. But When I replaced the toner on 2 July 2018, and notice the quality of the toner is poor. The entire printing looks dirty, poor toner quality and grey stain all over the papers. However, the person-in-charge contact me immediately after I send an email to them. They exchange a brand new toner the next day. In which the printing is excellent and we retrieve the awesome quality toner again.
