While the toners are fine, the stocks are not available immediately, resulting in delay of more than 1 week.  Called to check why toners are not delivered the day after ordering as promised after 1 week, only to be informed that new stocks will be arriving end of the week. Could have proactively called to alert me on stock availability and estimated delivery date instead of letting me wait indefinitely without information.
