Ink 555 got an external printer repairman to fix my printer when the ink bought was unable to print. The cost of the visit by the repairman was borne by ink555. Ink 555 gets the full thumbs up by my standards.

I bought the Hp6960 set of cartridges. Upon first installation. It did not recognize the cartridges. However with their help to identify problem and fixes, managed to get it working. Am happy with the quality of ink.
